• Role description; application; references where appropriate; eligibility checks; DBS checks where required; induction and training.

3. Supervision

• Volunteers are supervised and supported; concerns are addressed promptly.

4. Conduct

• Volunteers must follow NSF policies, including safeguarding, confidentiality, and conduct expectations.

5. Review

• Reviewed annually.
